Why is it mostly a challenge to be happy? And why is joy the ultimate pinnacle of happiness? Below is the best way to be happy and ultimately attain joy. When one thinks about the reasons for not being content, they mostly - those reasons - if not all are changeable in nature. Decisions we make often lead to some kind of result or results because of the reasons behind them. Our reasons further more need not be artificial and trivial nor unreasonable and immature!
